1. Data controller

PrismReview, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@prismreview.co.uk.

2. What we collect

• Contact form data. The name, email address, subject and message you choose to send us, plus your confirmation that you are 18 or over.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL and pages viewed. This is generated automatically by your browser and our server logs.
• Cookie data. Your cookie consent choice, plus anonymised analytics data if you accept optional cookies. Full detail is on our Cookie Policy page.

We do not collect payment card details, bank details, identity documents or gambling account information. We have no reason to hold them and no mechanism to receive them.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not rent, trade or share it with data brokers. We do not build marketing profiles, we do not send unsolicited marketing email, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, write to hello@prismreview.co.uk and we will delete it immediately.

Contact form messages are deleted once the matter is closed and in any event within 12 months. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Analytics data, where consented to, is retained for a maximum of 14 months. Your cookie consent choice is stored in your own browser until you clear it.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who need it to operate this website, specifically our hosting provider and, where you have consented, our analytics provider. They act on our documented instructions as processors and may not use the data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure is located within the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. Where a processor transfers data outside the UK, that transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Addendum to the standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and rights relating to automated decision making. We do not carry out automated decision making or profiling. To exercise any right, email hello@prismreview.co.uk. We respond within one month and never charge a fee for a reasonable request.

10. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. We apply access controls, keep dependencies patched, set defensive HTTP security headers, and collect the minimum data necessary. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously.

11. Third-party websites

Following an outbound link to a gambling operator or a support organisation takes you to a third party with its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover those websites, and we are not responsible for their data practices. Read their policy before submitting anything to them.

12. Changes

Any change to this policy is published on this page with an updated review date. Material changes are highlighted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
